Meeting Rooms
Meeting Rooms for the Community
The St. Charles Public Library welcomes the community to use its meeting rooms when not in use for library programs and activities. All meeting rooms have IT capabilities. First priority is given to Library-sponsored meetings or programs. The following groups may reserve our meeting rooms for cultural, civic and informal educational purposes:
- Local Government Agency
- Local Community, Service & Non-Profit Group
- Local For-Profit Group
- Non-resident Community, Service & Non-Profit Group
- Music Recitals without Piano Accompaniment
- Group/Recitals with Piano Accompaniment
Reservations for our meeting rooms, with the exception of the Bisbee Conference Room, are available online. To reserve the Bisbee Conference Room, please email or call 630-584-0076 ext. 228. Outside groups may be charged a fee to reserve meeting room space and equipment. Please read our Meeting Room Policy to learn more.
Meeting rooms may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Room requests will be reviewed on standard business days (Monday-Friday). Weekend requests will be reviewed on Mondays.

Meeting Rooms
Carnegie Community Room
Carnegie Community Room is located on the mezzanine level of the Library. The Carnegie Room has a maximum capacity of 90 people. This room is 1,420-square feet with a 190-square foot stage and grand piano.
Huntley Community Room
The Huntley Community Room is located on the main level of the Library overlooking the terrace garden. The room has a maximum capacity of 100 people. This room is 1,334-square feet with a small kitchenette. The room can be divided by a retractable wall for smaller groups. This room includes a hearing loop, an assistive learning system that provides access to facilities for those who experience hearing loss or use a hearing aid.
Bisbee Conference Room
The Bisbee Conference Room is located on the main level. This room is available Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday. The Bisbee has a maximum capacity of 20 people. To book this room, please contact this email or call 630-584-0076 ext. 230.
Miller Haase Community Room
The Miller Haase Community Room is located on the lower level of the Library, adjacent to Youth Services. The room has a maximum capacity of 60 people. This room is 874-square feet.
